Quality Assurance - QA​/QC Technician, Production QC​/QA

Description

We are seeking a Junior Technician in Severn, MD.

• Performs a variety of electronic assembly duties, to include MYDATA and Panasonic NPM-WX Pick and place machines, and associated machine tooling (feeders).
• Able to use engineering drawings and comprehend written or verbal instructions.
• Apply constant evaluation of equipment to improve efficiency.

• Knowledge and execution of AS9100.
• Ability to hand place SMT components prior to reflow.
• Proficient at reading and understanding component and assembly documentation.
• Self‑motivated and works to achieve high cohesion within the team.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits.
• US Citizen and ability to obtain & maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Proficient in reading and understanding assembly documentation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with modern CAM/CAD software.
• Good judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.

This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US citizen for consideration.

Schedule:

9x80 every other Friday off.

The annual base salary range for this position in selected states is $37,600 - $66,240. Salary may vary by location.
