Position Summary

• Provide information on membership benefits and promote the value of company products and services.
• Process memberships, upgrades, credit accounts and support marketing events.
• Maintain facility safety by following all standards, conducting safety sweeps, complying with forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfill member fax ‘n pull and click ‘n pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan, wrap, palletize, ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, secure items until members arrive, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and teammates; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change, difficulty, and feedback.
• Provide member service: acknowledge the member, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, and promote the company’s products and services; comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use the Open Door Policy.
