Personal Shopper; In-Store

Salary: $15.00 - $28.00/hr* (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

Shift options:
Shift may start between 8:00am - 11:00am, or between 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for customers across all departments and select appropriate merchandise.
• Prepare, package, and inspect online orders for accuracy.
• Dispense orders to customers, engaging them throughout the dispensing process.
• Balance online fulfillment with in‑store customer assistance, especially during peak periods.

In addition to hourly pay, you may earn performance‑based incentive awards and other premiums ($0.35‑$3.00/hr) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
