OpportunityWe are looking for Sales Consultants to learn our products, sell homes, and secure contracts. It is a demanding role that requires hard work, coachability, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities- Follow a proven sales process that leads to a six‑figure income.
- Sell homes and secure contracts.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain the sales database.
- Present products to customers.
- Shop the area competition.
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience; new‑home sales preferred.
- Exceptional customer‑service communication skills, both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups.
- Valid driver’s license.
Performance‑based compensation includes a base salary of $700 per week for 16 weeks, a $700 per week draw after week 16, and generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 per year. Eligible for bonuses and additional incentives. Benefits include time off for holidays, three weeks of vacation, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and appliances, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
