Vesta, Inc. is a thriving not‑for‑profit mental health organization based in Maryland, offering comprehensive behavioral healthcare services through clinic facilities, day programs, and residential homes.
We are seeking a Case Manager for our Severn Region PRP program. In this vital role, you will provide support through service coordination, outreach, and resource sourcing for social, health, and medical needs. You will work hands‑on to help clients achieve goals, address somatic health concerns, and succeed.
Position Details- Full‑time, exempt position
- Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm; flexibility for nights and weekends as needed
- Graduate degree in Health and Human Services preferred; bachelor’s degree with relevant experience considered
- At least 3 years of experience in case management
- Experience working with clients with mental health disorders
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to transport clients
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Provide supportive counseling and advocacy for clients
- Assist with client assessments and provide information on various aspects of life
- Facilitate clients’ access to educational and job training opportunities
- Maintain accurate case records in compliance with policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements
- Refer clients to appropriate services and support groups
- Conduct on‑ and off‑site meetings and groups with clients as needed
- Act as a liaison for hospitalized clients and follow up on somatic care referrals
Pay Range
: $53,210 – $59,595 per year (bachelor’s level) or $59,254 – $66,365 per year (master’s level). Paid bi‑weekly. Salary based on education and experience. Includes a $5,000 bonus paid quarterly over the first two years.
Other Compensation
:
Employees eligible for variable bonuses based on company and individual performance.
PTO
:
New employees accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro‑rated based on start date). Up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro‑rated based on start date).
Holidays
: 8 paid holidays per year.
Retirement
: 403(b) plan available at hire; employer match after 1,000 hours of service; discretionary contributions at least once a year.
