MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a Front End Engineer Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the MPO customer. You will play a crucial role in enhancing section 508 accessibility of the current interface as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface.
Role Responsibilities:- Support a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished products.

- Drive 508 accessibility of the current interface as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface.

- Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science - Experience:
5+ years of related experience
Security clearance level:
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
US citizenship required
Required Technical skills:- Java 8+
- Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications
- GWT
- Primefaces
- Quarkus
- Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Proficiency with screen readers
- 508/WAI-ARIA knowledge
- Oracle
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Agency reporting and dissemination tools
- Agency classification policies
- Working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence

The likely salary range for this position is $121,975 - $165,025. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
