Salary Range: $51,500 - $61,500

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fifth Grade Teacher to join our vibrant teaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student growth, and maintaining a positive classroom culture.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive
• Provide academic support, individualized instruction, and differentiated learning strategies
• Use data to assess student progress, track achievements, and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and conduct
• Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom space
• Contribute to the broader school community through collaboration with other teachers and staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field
• Teaching certification preferred (but not required)
• Experience teaching preferred
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to develop creative and engaging lessons that address the diverse needs of students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful learning environment

The position requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including walking, climbing stairs, running, standing, bending, and reaching. Candidates must be able to actively participate in all activities related to the role.
