We provide expert Apple service and support for Macs, servers, and networks in diverse environments, including professional, government, educational, and residential. Mac Medics also expanded its services in 2011 through the acquisition of mac Upgrades, reinforcing its commitment to exceptional customer care.
Mac Techs at Mac Medics assist customers with Mac Apple Warranty, Apple Care+, and non‑warranty repairs, as well as fixing broken iPhone screens and replacing batteries. You’ll also be helping customers check in and out for service, answer Apple service questions, Mac training, assist with upgrades, Apple sales, and trade‑ins for Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
Qualifications & Benefits- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of Apple products, including Macs and iPhones

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Apple certifications such as ACMT are highly desired
