RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500

Pay negotiable; opportunities for advancement

• Assist with implementing and revising care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy.
• Explain health status, changes and expectations for care; guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.

• Licensed to work in the State of Maryland as a registered nurse.
• Prior Long Term Care experience required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
• Excellent leadership and clinical competency.
