Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Lead Generators / Customer Service Representatives to represent our company at retail locations, events, and promotional activities. You'll be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping create interest in our whole-home water treatment solutions and connecting qualified customers with our sales team.

No high-pressure sales experience is required—we'll provide training and support. If you're confident, personable, and enjoy starting conversations, we'd love to hear from you!

Represent Atlantic Blue Water Services at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities

Approach and engage shoppers in friendly, professional conversations

Educate potential customers about the benefits of water treatment and whole-home water systems

Collect accurate customer information and qualify leads for follow-up by our sales team

Provide an excellent customer experience and answer general questions about our products and services

Follow company procedures for accurately entering and documenting customer and lead information

Meet established lead-generation and performance goals

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Atlantic Blue Water Services brand positively

Share customer questions and feedback with management and the marketing team to help improve outreach efforts

Set up and break down promotional displays and materials as needed

Maintain an organized and professional display area

Perform other related duties as assigned

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

An outgoing, friendly personality with a natural ability to connect with people

Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with shoppers

Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift

Ability to accurately collect and enter customer information

Reliable, professional, and dependable

Ability to follow established procedures and performance expectations

Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings

Previous customer service, retail, sales, or lead-generation experience is a plus—but not required

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to stand for extended periods, up to approximately 8 hours as needed

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and set up/break down promotional displays when necessary

$25.00 per hour base pay

This position requires the ability to:

Stand and walk for extended periods, up to approximately 8 hours as needed

Lift, carry, and move promotional materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Set up and break down display tables, tents, signage, and demonstration equipment as needed

Use hands and arms to handle materials, complete paperwork, and operate electronic devices

Work in retail, event, and promotional environments
