Group Fitness Personal Trainer

THE POSITION

Deliver high-intensity, team-based training at our studio, ensuring excellent execution of workouts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assisting in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form, providing regressions and progressions as needed
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or ability to excel in it
• Minimum one year as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Strong communication, care, and energetic attitude
• Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent social media skills (Instagram, Facebook)
• Must be active and mobile during classes

CERTIFICATIONS

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
