- Meets accounting financial standards by providing accounting department annual budget reconciliations
- Inter-company transactions
- New vendor and subcontractor set-up and compliance
- Invoice and credit card expense approvals and entry, payment processing, as well as vendor relations and inquiries
- Reporting and general accounting assignments, as requested.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Understanding of accounting principles, motivated/hard-working, 2+ years of accounting experience
- Minimum 2+’ experience in accounting/finance
- Quick Books Online - Strong Excel experience
