Overview

LFG Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a new 120-unit multifamily development in Sevierville, Tennessee. The project consists of three, four-story apartment buildings, with construction expected to begin in September or October 2026. This position requires proven multifamily construction experience, strong field leadership, and proficiency with Procore. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

• Manage daily field operations from mobilization through final completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules aligned with the master construction schedule.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead jobsite safety meetings and enforce all safety requirements.
• Use Procore to manage daily logs, drawings, RFIs, submittals, observations, punch lists, and project documentation.
• Identify potential delays, conflicts, and constructability issues before they affect the schedule.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, utility work, and jurisdictional approvals.
• Track subcontractor performance and ensure adequate staffing and material availability.
• Lead building turnover, punch-list completion, and closeout activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Provide clear, timely updates to project leadership.

• Minimum of five years of construction superintendent experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience with wood-frame, four-story apartment construction strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Experience coordinating multiple buildings, subcontractors, and overlapping scopes of work.
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full time onsite in Sevierville, Tennessee.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience managing multifamily projects of 100 units or more.
• Knowledge of Tennessee building codes and local inspection processes.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with project turnover, certificates of occupancy, and phased building delivery.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
