As a Client Services Representative at Smart Bank, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and online banking.

Responsibilities- Uphold Smart Bank core values and culture commitment.
- Provide client service and relationship support: communicate effectively, recommend products, and maintain account information.
- Manage account maintenance tasks: stop payments, disputes, balance inquiries, transitions, and check orders.
- Support debit card needs: fraud alerts, transaction questions, travel notices, POS limit increases, and ordering new cards.
- Offer online banking support: access/reset password, third‑party app assistance, enrollment, bill pay, and external transfers.
- Process mortgage service requests and treasury management support, including password resets and equipment troubleshooting.
- Assist private banking clients and handle mergers and acquisitions support during extended hours.
- Act as first point of contact for client communication across departments such as Loans, Treasury, e‑Banking, Retail, and Marketing.
- Perform operational and administrative support: update branch returned mail logs, process debit cards, maintain policy documentation, and support tickets via Fresh Service.
- Ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Work well within a team environment and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred; sales or call center experience a plus.
- No special licenses or certifications required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and teamwork‑focused; goal‑driven.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and apply established guidelines.
- Positive, solutions‑oriented attitude; high integrity; adaptable to change.
- Routine standing, sitting, bending; frequent use of wrists, hands, or fingers.
- Average visual acuity needed for document inspection and machine operation.
- Average hearing required for conversations and information reception.
- May be required to attend training sessions.
