Customer Service Manager - $18/hour
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a wholesale manufacturing company for a Customer Service Manager position in the Sevierville, TN area.
Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service & support via telephone, email, and in person inquiries
- Providing suggestions over the phone
- Receive and enter all orders for the customer
- Acknowledge ship dates and track progress through manufacturing process
- High volume Order entry
- Maintain lead tracking sheet on monthly basis, prepare credit memos and return authorizations, and send out new dealer applications
- Overseeing a team of 1-3 customer service professionals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- 2-3 years in an office setting.
- Previous customer service or inside sales is preferred.
- Having a manufacturing/administrative background is a plus.
- Personable and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task, while having little supervision.
- Previous logistics experience is a plus as well
Shift:
- Mon-Fri | 9:00 AM - 5 PM
- Full-time
