Guest Services Support
- 20/hr
Express Employment is hiring for a
Guest Services Support
in Sevierville, TN.
Include:
- Manage and resolvecustomerconcerns
- Assist guests with check-in procedures ensuring that all required paperwork and payment
- Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.
- Act as telephone operator as needed.
- Promote services
- Maintain accurate records
- Additional clerical duties as assigned
Include:
- Guest Services experience required (2-3 years)
- Comfortable with computer work
- Exceptional Customer Service experience
- 9 AM - 5 PM and 12 PM - 8 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Vacation Pay
