Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment;
Manage lobby flow and check clients into the waiting queue using a tablet;
Schedule or cancel client meetings;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing and maintenance;
Educate clients on technology solutions and assist with Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Collaborate with branch team to deliver seamless service and meet branch goals;
Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling in accordance with bank policies
