A General Cleaner / Janitor / Custodian is responsible for overall janitorial services at the facility and may be cross‑trained in specialized roles such as restroom specialist, vacuum specialist, utility specialist, glass specialist, light duty specialist, pressure washing technician, and floor technician.

• Follow safety policies and procedures without exception
• Disinfect and wipe surfaces
• Clean up debris and trash
• Dust surfaces
• Sweep floors
• Damp mop floors
• Vacuum carpet
• Empty trash
• Clean restrooms
• Clean glass and desktop surfaces
• Spot clean walls and other surfaces
• Perform other similar and related duties as assigned

• Restroom Cleaners
  : disinfect toilets, urinals, walls, countertops, mirrors, and mops restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Trash Collectors
  : empty trash receptacles throughout facilities, concourses, sidewalks, and outside areas; sweep drive lanes and trash compactor areas.
• Office Cleaners
  : disinfect and wipe office surfaces, clean debris, dust, sweep, damp mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, and spot clean walls and other surfaces.
• Project Specialists
  : perform detailed tasks such as laundry, replenish stock, organize storage, light duty pressure washing, stairwell and elevator cleaning, and grounds maintenance.

• $100 Retention Bonus
  : new hires who remain actively employed for 6 months receive $100. Eligibility requires continuous employment with no unapproved absences.
• $200 Referral Bonus
  : employees who refer a candidate who is hired and completes a 60‑day probationary period receive $200. The referred employee must name the referrer on the application and be hired as a part‑time or full‑time employee.

• Remain on feet for up to 6 hours at a time
