We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Janitorial Cleaners to join our growing team. This role is vital to upholding the high standards that have earned us Knoxville's Best of the Best for 7 consecutive years, voted by our clients and employees.

Pay: $12.00 to $15.00 hourly

Shift: Multiple shifts available

Position:
Full-time and Part-time Cleaners

• Perform basic cleaning tasks like dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disposal of garbage and recycle.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked.
• Understand instructions and communicate with the employer, client, and coworkers.
• Address unexpected issues like spills.
• Observe facility security and safety policies.
• Ensure that company and client standards for cleanliness are met.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers.
• Follow a cleaning schedule and meet time-sensitive deadlines without compromising quality.

• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to perform basic janitorial tasks.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Great attention to detail.
