Business Analyst
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing raw materials and packaging materials to support production requirements. This position coordinates purchasing activities, maintains supplier relationships, monitors inventory levels, and receives and organizes production orders to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

The Essential Functions Include:- Represent company core values of integrity, respect, quality, compassion, consistency, and passion.
- Source, evaluate, and purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies.
- Issue and manage purchase orders and ensure pricing and delivery accuracy.
- Receive, review, and organize production orders and align procurement with production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain safety stock to prevent shortages.
- Analyze material usage trends and forecasts to support purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate pricing and identify cost‑saving opportunities with suppliers.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Track shipments and resolve shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
- Ensure materials comply with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements including SQF standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and system records.
- Prepare purchasing reports, spend analysis, and budget support data.
- Communicate supply risks or delays to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must pass pre‑employment screening including drug screen and background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable communication and transportation.
- Must have legal right to work in the United States.
- Must communicate effectively in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years purchasing or procurement experience preferred.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
