Prepare all ingredients for doughnut productionbrew, dough, glaze, fillings, icings;
Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts;
Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared;
Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment;
Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
