• Possess strong analytical and technical skills to diagnosis and repair equipment issues.
• Maintains equipment daily with the highest operating standards to promote efficiency.
• Demonstrates knowledge and continued growth in understanding of production equipment and processes.
• Communicates well with leadership and manufacturing team to accomplish provided goals.
• This position is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment including, but not limited to mixers, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, extruders, and filler equipment.

• Food Processing Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, 1 - 2 years' experience preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and safety focused.
• Possess strong analytical and technical skills to diagnosis and repair equipment issues.
• Ability to solve problems and determine the root cause, implement corrective actions and make quick and appropriate decisions.
• Maintains equipment daily with the highest operating standards to promote efficiency.
• Demonstrates knowledge and continued growth in understanding of production equipment and processes.
• Thrives on working under pressure and meeting tight time schedules.
• Ability to work in a team environment and encourage optimal performance from all associates.
• Communicates well with leadership and manufacturing team to accomplish provided goals
