Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 8:30 PM - 7:15 AM

The Bakery Production Worker is responsible for packaging cookie dough products for shipment in a fast-paced food production environment. This role involves loading bags of cookie dough into shipping boxes, maintaining production efficiency, and following quality and safety standards.

• Load bags of cookie dough into shipping boxes.
• Prepare products for shipment according to quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily output goals.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.

• Lift and move bags weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Bend, reach, and twist as needed.
