Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on care to patients and families in homes, assisted living, or facility settings. The role reports to the Administrator or Executive Director and supports the interdisciplinary team in delivering individualized plans of care.
Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited LPN program with current licensure, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and 2–5 years of hospice/home health experience.
