As an LPN at Freedom Senior Living, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the care they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, and assisting with treatments as needed.
• Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Documenting care and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

We’re seeking a dedicated LPN with the following qualifications:

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
