PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT

* Walking; standing for long periods of time; work varied hours, nights, and weekends; work in outside weather conditions and extreme cold; work with equipment with extremely hot elements.

* Ability to operate and use all of the equipment necessary to run the deli.

* Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
