Covenant Health - - - Responsibilities:
Directs retail management operations of the Gift Shop, including inventories and financial management.;
Manages Gift Shop staff and volunteers, evaluates performance, interviews, hires, and schedules.;
Prepares and maintains reports on productivity, daily sales, sales, tax, deposits, returned checks, and accounts payable.;
Develops and executes promotional calendar for seasonal sales and holiday events.;
Follows policies and safety standards, completes required education, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
