Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store initiatives and driving sales. The role emphasizes customer centricity, teamwork, and development toward future leadership opportunities within the brand.

• Drive daily sales by focusing on the customer and achieving sales goals.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Use available shopping technologies and alternative purchase paths such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Represent brand expectations and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.
• Support product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual store tools.

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex high volume specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock areas, dressing rooms, cashwrap and office.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co workers.
