Track, plan, coordinate and execute department inventory counts within prescribed deadlines;
Obtain return authorizations from vendors, process vendor chargebacks, and package and ship merchandise returns according to vendor policies;
Maintain correct stock / inventory status for all damaged, defective, and returned merchandise;
Assess breakage logs and process salvage and donation merchandise;
Enter weekly front door recoveries into the case management system as directed by AP Supervisor
