Responsibilities

• Brand Experience / Customer Service – Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards, initiating conversations with customers, assisting in fitting rooms, recommend products through suggestive selling, build brand loyalty via rewards program, learn about new products and trends, consistently achieve personal sales targets, and provide product information.
• Visual, Operation, and Safety – Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked; assist in opening and closing procedures, process transactions, handle cash, maintain point‑of‑sale integrity, follow company policies, report injuries, and participate in Loss Prevention Audits.

• Minimum age of 16 years or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day; additional availability is a plus.

• Operate office equipment and technology such as cash register, computers, phones, and scanners.
• Stand and move throughout the store during shifts.
• Lifting and carrying: up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; push/pull full racks for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform manual labor to assemble displays or rearrange store layout.
• Accurately read labels and assist customers with orderly organization of clothing.

• Pay range: $12.00–$15.65 per hour.
