Assist management in training, developing and directing team members; maintain sales records; control flow and distribution of merchandise and supplies; provide for safety and security of team members;
Assist in achieving sales and labor goals; maximize sales;
Proficient in opening and closing store procedures, daily banking, cash handling and loss prevention; balance, verify, and maintain store funds; keep cash tills low; audit daily paperwork;
Comply with guest service and merchandising procedures; use reorder guides to maintain stock levels and timely ordering;
Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for store banking procedures as needed
