Open and close the store and supervise Associates as Manager on Duty to maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.;
Ensure safety, security, and loss prevention processes are followed, including EAS checks and reporting unsafe conditions.;
Oversee general merchandising, including receiving, processing, stocking, and maintaining stockrooms to company standards.;
Train and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies, and front-end procedures to meet service standards.;
Manage front-end operations to maintain pace and reduce customer wait times; ensure proper go-backs, scanning, tagging, and merchandising.
