Retail Store Associate - Merrell

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories, operating in approximately 200 countries. Our portfolio includes Bates, Chaco, Cat Footwear, Harley Davidson Footwear, Merrell, Saucony, Sweaty Betty, and Wolverine.

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards—front and back—including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
