Retail Sales Associate

Join NIKE as a Retail Sales Associate and bring sport and style to life for every athlete who walks through the door. In this customer-facing role, you'll deliver premium service, share deep product knowledge, and help shoppers find the right footwear, apparel, and gear. You'll keep the floor fresh and brand-right, support inventory and cashier duties, and promote Nike membership and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with Nike products and fit recommendations
• Drive sales by explaining product features, benefits, and latest innovations to customers
• Maintain visual standards, restock shelves, and ensure an organized, premium store environment
• Operate POS systems accurately, handle cash and digital transactions, and process returns/exchanges
• Support inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, tagging, and stockroom organization
• Promote Nike membership, digital tools, and in-store events to deepen customer engagement
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and key performance metrics
• Follow loss prevention, safety, and operational policies to protect customers and product
