Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service by greeting shoppers, understanding needs, and offering product recommendations aligned with Nike's brand standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Nike footwear, apparel, and accessories, including features, fit, and latest releases.
• Drive sales by suggesting complementary products, meeting individual and store sales goals, and supporting promotions.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and visually aligned with Nike visual merchandising guidelines.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for purchases, returns, and exchanges while safeguarding customer data.
• Assist in inventory processes, including receiving shipments, stockroom organization, and regular cycle counts.
• Support an inclusive, team-based environment, collaborating with teammates to achieve daily performance targets.
• Educate customers on Nike digital tools, loyalty programs, and omnichannel options (e.g., online ordering, pickup).
