Sales Associate

Janie and Jack LLC seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in store experiences in our premium children's apparel boutique. You'll greet and assist customers, recommend coordinated outfits, process transactions, and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect our classic, modern style. Responsibilities include replenishing stock, keeping the sales floor tidy, and supporting store events. You'll collaborate with a supportive, fashion focused team while learning merchandising and retail operations in a growth oriented, customer first environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, delivering warm, attentive service.
• Recommend outfits and product combinations to drive sales.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash and card transactions.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish and organize stock on the sales floor and in backroom.
• Support fitting room service, sizes, and styling needs.
• Stay informed on product features, collections, and promotions.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Assist with store events and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Follow company policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
