Sales Representative (Part-Time W-2 | Base + Commission + Residuals)
Location: Sevierville, TN (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, remote optional)
Pay: $17/hr (base for office hours) + 20% commission + 10% recurring residuals + bonus opportunities
About Us
Protect His House is a Tennessee-based training company dedicated to equipping churches and faith-based organizations with the tools, training, and resources they need to keep their congregations safe. We’ve trained thousands nationwide and are rapidly growing. We’re now building a hungry sales team to help expand our reach.
The Role
This is a hybrid, part-time sales position designed for motivated closers who want unlimited earning potential. You’ll work 2 days a week in-office with our team (12 hours total) and can also sell from home on your own time for additional commission and residuals.
We’re not looking for “clock-punchers.” This role is for competitive, entrepreneurial people who love chasing deals, earning commission, and building long-term income through renewals.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage churches, pastors, and team leaders about our safety training programs
- Manage and follow up on leads provided to you, while also generating new opportunities
- Present and close sales for training events, online courses, and memberships
- Hit monthly recurring sales goals to unlock bonuses
- Track activity and results in our CRM (Hub Spot)
- Work in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays (6 hrs each) for team collaboration, outreach, and coaching
- Optional:
Sell remotely on your own time for additional commission & residual income
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (real estate, insurance, recruiting, fundraising, or other commission-heavy roles preferred)
- A hunter’s mindset – you thrive on competition, numbers, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong follow-through
- Available for 2 in-office days per week in Sevierville, TN
- Must own a laptop and be comfortable using basic software/CRM tools
- Not afraid of rejection and eager to push through to the next “yes”
Compensation
- Base Pay: $17/hr for in-office hours (12 hrs/week = ~$200/week)
- Commission: 20% on all one-time sales
- Residuals: 10% annually on recurring products (Safe Church memberships, renewals, etc.)
- Bonuses: Hit recurring sales milestones for $200–$1,250 extra per month
First-year reps who hustle can realistically earn $2,000–$3,500/month part-time
. Top performers will exceed that with commissions and residuals stacking.
