Part Time Core Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Consistently deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor/support new team members to demonstrate leadership potential.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling ability.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) that convey care and empathy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends, is essential.

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Pay: $12.00 per hour – $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
