Part Time HVAC Technician

About the Role:

Join Ghosal Luxury Lodging as a Part Time HVAC Technician and play a vital role in maintaining our exceptional standards of comfort and quality. We are looking for a skilled technician who is passionate about providing top-notch service to our guests in beautiful Sevierville, TN.

*** Note that this is a part time position (20 hrs/month) and ideal for a candidate who is looking to earn some additional income on the side. Also we are only considering local candidates within 25 miles from Sevierville, TN. ***

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues quickly and efficiently.

Install new HVAC equipment and systems as required.

Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.

Respond promptly to service requests from guests and staff.

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Collaborate with management to improve HVAC efficiency and reduce costs.

Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests and staff.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
