Service Technician

DLP Capital is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support our Real Estate portfolio within the Facilities & Maintenance department. This role is responsible for day-to-day repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The Service Technician will troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues while ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for residents and tenants.

This position is field-based, requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities efficiently.
