Provide intermediate facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs;
Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs;
Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot electrical hazards;
Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and other building systems;
Repair interior walls, patches, painting, and drywall as needed; inspect and report deficiencies to supervisor
