Case Manager – Youth Residential Program

• Represent the best interests of youth at court hearings, school meetings, and child/family team meetings.
• Provide weekly direct casework services and build relationships with the youth on your caseload.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct intake studies to ensure every child receives the right level of care.
• Arrange monthly family visits, monitor educational progress and school attendance, and coordinate medical and therapeutic services.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date case records and prepare monthly progress reports for families and referring agencies.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology) or Education is required.
• Ability to collaborate with a dedicated team of advocates and accept professional supervision.
• Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the role (standing, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs) and the emotional weight of child welfare.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship not available).

Demonstrates expertise in casework services, treatment plan development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support youth in the child welfare system. Proficient in maintaining accurate case records and preparing progress reports while managing the emotional and physical demands of the role.
