Job Requirements and Duties- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets Domino’s standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Strong navigation skills; able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds and operate hand trucks and dollies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and teammates over the phone and in person.
- Basic math skills for making accurate monetary change and processing orders.
- Ability to operate computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.

Qualifications General Responsibilities for Store Team Members- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
Communication Skills- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform accurate and quick math calculations.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Utilize motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to above 90°F.
- Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Work in cramped quarters, walk‑in cooler, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts may be present.
- Use of telephone for talking and hearing.
- Near and mid‑range vision for store tasks.
- Depth perception and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others.
- Work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and make judgments and decisions.
- Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walking – short distances for short durations across varied surfaces.
- Lifting – bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases stacked up to 72 inches high.
- Carrying – items up to 30 pounds and trays of pizza dough (~12 lbs each).
- Pushing – trays on dollies, up to 7.5 pounds of force; occasional pulling.
- Climbing – occasional navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
