The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and pulling products to fulfill customer orders. This role ensures timely and efficient handling of inventory while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Retrieve products from designated storage locations based on order sheets or electronic systems.
• Packing: Prepare and pack items securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Pulling Inventory: Move and stage products for outbound shipments or internal transfers.
• Quality Control: Verify product accuracy, condition, and quantity before packing and shipping.
• Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
• Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse tools as needed.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
