Pepper Palace is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately pulling products from inventory, carefully packing them, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to customers.

• Order Pulling: Retrieve items from inventory based on order slips
• Packing: Inspect items for quality and accuracy, then securely pack them using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Shipping: Generate shipping labels, weigh packages, and prepare them for pickup by carriers
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, report low inventory levels, and help maintain an organized warehouse.
• Quality Control: Ensure all orders are accurate and meet company standards before shipment.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels
• May involve repetitive tasks and physical activity
• Fast-paced environment with daily shipping deadlines
• Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm shift. Overtime will be required seasonally.
