In this role, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs while collaborating closely with families, staff, and related service providers to help every student succeed both academically and personally.

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and related service providers to support student success.

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in special education from an accredited educational program.
• Valid Alaska state special education certificate or the ability to obtain required state certification.

• Experience in K–12 public school settings.
• Previous work with transition planning for secondary students.

• 2 positions in Kenai, AK
• Position 1 is for life skills or self-contained classroom.
• Position 2 is working as a resource teacher.
