Night Auditor Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations
• Guest check‑ins
• Guest check‑outs and general information
• Serve as the central information center for all lodge operations
• Assist team members with lodging and local area information
• Perform guest reservations, check‑in and checkout procedures
• Balance deposits to sales and complete all accounting forms
• Run end‑of‑day reports and package audit envelopes

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous direct guest service experience
• Familiarity with basic office equipment operation

Position allows for a 4/10 flexible schedule (four 10‑hour days) and has individual housing. Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings, and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Seward Windsong Lodge.

The starting wage for this role is $20.00 per hour.
