Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts will be 4x12 Variable or 3x12 Variable, depending on the traveler's choice. Caregivers are generally not asked to rotate between night and day shifts, but flexibility may be required based on facility needs.

We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with previous travel experience. Candidates must possess a valid CNA license in another state and have submitted their application for an Alaska CNA license. Documentation demonstrating application submission, fee payment, and educational verification must be provided.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, and dressing patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures.
• Support nurses with medical tasks such as turning, repositioning, and transferring patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

• Minimum of one year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience.
• Valid CNA license in another state.
• Completion of a formal CNA training program.
  
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
