Shuttle Driver - CDL

What will you do in this job?

• Use company transportation assets to move guests and cargo safely, friendly and timely.
• Conduct and coordinate basic maintenance on company vehicles and maintain records per U.S. DOT and company standards.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑operation maintenance on assigned vehicle daily and annotate any issues.
• Operate shuttles along assigned routes and report changes or challenges to the coordinator.
• Coordinate and communicate with guest service, group coordination, and marine staff to ensure service standards.
• Maintain records in accordance with company, state and DOT requirements regarding vehicle maintenance, driver activities and traffic incidents.

• Commercial Driver’s License with passenger and air‑brake endorsement.
• Must be 25+ years of age at time of employment start.
• Knowledge of Alaska and Seward history, geography, and standard attractions.
• Familiarity with the Alaska Collection products.
• Excellent guest/customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions for long hours on a variable schedule.
• At least 2 years of related experience.

The starting wage for this role is $27.00/hour.
