Financial Controller, Financial Reporting, Financial Compliance
If you're currently leading finance within a beverage, bottling, dairy processing, or other food manufacturing environment—and you're looking for the opportunity to build something rather than simply maintain it—I think you'll find this role worth exploring.
We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing dairy processing company that's launching a brand-new manufacturing facility in Seward, Nebraska.

Rather than inheriting years of established processes, you'll work alongside executive leadership and plant operations to help shape how finance supports the business from day one.
If you enjoy partnering with operations, improving processes, implementing systems, and creating a finance function that can scale with a growing manufacturing business, I'd welcome the opportunity to tell you more.
